The Jagal Group has exited its Joint Venture (JV) agreement with Subsea7 Group pertaining to NigerStar7 (NS7).

In 2011, Jagal and Subsea7 incorporated NS7 to tender for, execute, and perform contracts in Nigeria’s oil and gas industry.

The JV combined the engineering, fabrication, installation, and project management expertise of Subsea7 and the fabrication capability and capacity of Nigerdock – Jagal’s subsidiary.

NS7 has historically operated two fabrication yards in Lagos and Warri, while also supporting Subsea7’s offshore construction fleet, one of the largest in the industry.
